River Road Bridge Replacement

The T-WALL® Retaining Wall System was used to construct the River Road bridge replacement as part of the federal Accelerated Bridge Construction project. The simple stacking procedure of the prefabricated concrete units allowed the contractor to work quickly to prepare the abutments before setting the bridge deck. The precast concrete allowed for a clean stacked stone architectural look without relying on the time-consuming placement of small modular blocks.
