This elaborately designed dam and spillway includes Reinforced Earth® MSE walls on the downstream side, functioning as training walls for the flow of water over the spillway. The project is a great example of how geometrically and architecturally versatile MSE walls are, with their ability to be integrated into complex adjacent structures. Lake Lenexa, completed in 2006, is one of many features of the 160-acre Black Hoof Park.
