Finished in 2013, this interchange was expanded to accommodate the growing Fair Lakes residential and commercial area. Two bridges were constructed to carry Fairfax County Parkway over Fair Lakes Parkway and Monument Drive, totaling four abutment MSE walls on piles. An additional wall was installed to provide grade separation between an exit lane, Rocky Run Trail, and adjacent private property.
